About Me

Hey there! I'm Valerie Lint, Owner, Stylist, and now, Image Consultant. My journey in Poulsbo began in 1984 when my family and I moved here, and I've been fortunate to grow up in such a wonderful community that I now call home.

With 30 years of experience as a stylist, I’ve dedicated my career to not only providing exceptional hair care but also creating a personalized experience for every guest. I believe that taking time for yourself is essential, especially when life gets busy, and my salon is a place where you can relax, unwind, and focus on you. My goal is to help you find a look that complements your lifestyle and brings out the best in the hair you were blessed with.

I approach my role differently than most. While many stylists focus on a great first service and maintenance care, I work with my guests to develop a long-term hair care plan. Together, we ensure your cut, color, and style remain fresh and exciting, avoiding the feeling of being stuck in a routine. Every visit is an opportunity to reassess and refine your look, addressing any new concerns that might arise.

I'm thrilled to expand my passion for beauty and style by offering image consulting services. Through this new venture, I’ll help you discover your seasonal color palette, ensuring you wear the colors that make you look and feel your best. Additionally, I’ll analyze your body and facial features to guide you in selecting clothing that fits perfectly, enhancing your natural beauty and confidence.

To provide you with the highest level of expertise, I've partnered with Color Me Beautiful, one of the industry's best. Together, we’ll embark on a stylish adventure to elevate your personal style from head to toe.

Outside The Salon

When I'm not in the salon or consulting on style, you'll find me crocheting, binge-watching a new series, spending time with my granddaughter, or continuing my education to bring you the latest and greatest in hair and fashion. Sundays are reserved for church and family time, which I cherish deeply.
