Trichology
Over the 25+ years as a hairstylist, I have had many men and women ask me questions about thinning hair. In more recent years the questions and concerns seem to be more frequent. This has led me on a path to be able to help those with thinning hair through certification as a Trichologist.
In simplest forms, a Trichologist is a hair and scalp specialist. Our job is to help identify the types of hair loss you are experiencing and work with your Doctors or Nutritionist by combining the right treatments for you. A Trichologist is a non-medical professional and so at times we will work with your doctor for blood tests and if and possible prescriptions you may need.
